*Most commonly is that your order will be dispatched within one working day.
The freight to deliver your order of Altair Estate wines within Western Australia are $15.00 include 10% GST. When an e-mail address is provided you will receive tracking notifications from Australia Post.
To deliver your order Altair Estate use Australia Post or Leeuwin Transport and count 10 – 14 business days for your wine order to arrive. If your order does not arrive within this time, please email us firstname.lastname@example.org or call +61 472 573 015.
For all deliveries through Australia Post a signature is required. Unless specified in your delivery instructions beforehand, your wine order will not be left on premises and a calling card will be left in your absence to collect your wine from Australia Post. Altair Estate does not accept responsibility for any goods left unattended. Should you give us an authority to leave your order, all responsibility for the wine falls to you once the goods have been left at your requested delivery location.

Legal age requirements
To buy wine from our website or cellar door the buyer must be over 18 years of age. You confirm that you are over the age of 18 once you place an order. With the delivering from Australia Post or Leeuwin Transport there will be an identification check; the wine order can only be left to a person that can prove they are of legal age.
Returns and Shipping Damages
If your wine order does not arrive within 10 working days or if you have any concerns, please email email@example.com or call +61 472 573 015.
We only fully refund or replace the bottles concerned that are incorrect, defective or breakages that occur during transport, this includes return shipping costs, providing they are returned unopened within one month of delivery.
We believe in our products but in case you want to return your order, you are responsible for the arrangement in the transport and payment of the shipping costs for the returning these products.
