Our adventurous journey to establish Altair Estate started in April 2022. We fell in love with this wonderful property and naturally we want to celebrate and share all it has to offer with you.
Altair Estate is a renowned vineyard in the Margaret River region known for its excellent soil and production of high quality wines. A 30 hectare property encompassing 12 hectares under vine which includes 10 sustainable grown varietals that are quintessential to the Margaret River region and Italy.
We believe that the whole science and art of wine making starts in the vineyard, the wine presented in the glass is the final chapter and it tells our story – we are thrilled to share that story with you.
The diverse portfolio of the Altair Estate wines shine a new light on the classic Margaret River and Italian grape varietals. We present a wide range of full-bodied complex wines suitable for ageing, as well as vibrant wines that exude vitality and energy, which are meant to be enjoyed young.
A wine tasting experience at our cellar door is fun, personal and educational. You will learn more about this magical region, the winemaking, our unique sustainably grown grape varietals and to experience the impact of glassware, temperatures and decanting.
